2015 was an amazing year.
My son was born, I’ve had an amazing time watching Chloe grow and I was able to achieve an overall income that I have not yet achieved. I did some amazing Real Estate wholesale flip deals along with consistent production on the real estate and lending side of things. I also have successfully kicked some of my worst personal habits this year.
2016 is set to be a tough, challenging year ahead though.
Stacey is back full time in school and I am assuming all of the costs associated with that as well as being home with the kids, while maintaining current income levels.
This is what I am set to achieve in 2016 based on the “F” Factor goal setting method I like to use.
My main focus is LIFESTYLE AND PERSONAL GROWTH
FAITH –
- I will focus intently on mindfulness. Being in and appreciating the “moment” I’m in without reservation or judgment. Creating “space” between my thoughts and actions to make the best choices.
- I will spend more time reading and connecting with myself and growing internally.
- I’m committed to spending more leisure time during the day doing things I “like” doing.
FITNESS –
- I will focus on a higher protein diet with significantly less sugar and carbs.
- I will be active daily weather it’s gym, weights, or just a walk with the dog and kids.
FAMILY –
- I will support and help Stacey through the last two semesters for RN financially and emotionally no matter what.
- I will make sure I am never on the freeways during commute time (accept rarely)
- I will make sure I can drop most any other project to be there for kids and Stacey.
FRIENDS –
Important relationships are currently well maintained.
FINANCE –
- Maintain a double six figure income for 2016 despite family commitments.
- Shift business focus to Real Estate investing while only taking loan transactions I truly want and know I can close easily.
- Only ONE side project/endeavor this year. Real Estate must be the main FOCUS as it is the real path to wealth and freedom.
