This is one of the areas where I personally struggle and am looking to improve on everyday.

One of the habits I’m currently working on every morning is WORKING OUT and starting the day with excesses. This is not always easy since working out can be very time consuming as we all know right?

Anyway…

I discovered a really cool tool that has been helping me achieve my goal of getting a work out in every morning.

LOCAL MARKET UPDATE

This week I made a quick 5 minute “OVER THE SHOULDER” tutorial video talking a close look at my take on interest rate trends in the next week or so.

Volume is really high right now and everyone is submitting refinance applications.

Mortgages are the cheapest they’ve been for quite sometime…

Cheap mortgages are renewing interest in refinancing, but don’t seem to be doing much to spur home buyers into action yet.

But according to the Mortgage Bankers Association, 65 percent of mortgage applications for the week ending Oct. 17 were for refis. Purchase loan applications were down 9 percent from the same time a year ago.

We are currently sitting on a bit of a Refinance BOOM. If you have a mortgage from the last year and a half or so… it is likely that you can save a bit of money by looking at a refinance.
