California Private Portfolio Lending Defined:

Simply defined, a “portfolio lender” is a bank or other lending institution that makes mortgage loans with the intention of holding the loans in their investment portfolios.

Portfolio lenders can often offer consumers greater flexibility in the loan granting process, as well as down the road, than lenders who make mortgage loans with the intention of selling them – either immediately or at some time during the term.

If you are getting rejected on your regular Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac loan and you do not what to go the route of high hard money rates and fees you may fit into our portfolio lending scenarios.

    I am looking for a mortgage for a residential SFR in fresno ca. I had a short sale about one year ago, but no other lates during the process. I have about 25 percent down. Do you have anyone doing this type of loan?

    I am looking for a loan on a duplex I own in the Bay Area. There are no loans on the property at this time. The problem is I already own more than 4 other homes with Fanny and Freddy loans.

    Do you know of a good Portfolio Lender than can offer a reasonable loan?
